All packages start with a free, no obligation consultation for you, as the
couple, to get to know us, the coordinator. This consultation also gives
us a chance to see where you are in the planning process as well as see
what it is you are looking for in a wedding planner. This would also be
the time to go over our packages and contract.
The Magnolia Package- $1,000.00
Vendor Recommendation, Rehearsal and Day of Wedding
Coordination (starting 90 days prior to your event):
• Review and confirm all vendor contracts and manage logistics of each
individual vendor.
• 3 planning sessions (usually 60 days prior to your event, 30 days prior
to your event, and one week prior to your event).
• Create a detailed timeline for both the ceremony and reception and
distribute to all vendors, bridal party, etc.
• Attend and direct the rehearsal (one hour time allowance).
• Unlimited e-mail and phone contact.
Ceremony and Reception (ten hour time allowance):
• Greet all vendors upon arrival of the ceremony and reception site
• Assist with decoration of ceremony and reception as needed (subject to
time constraints).
• Provide a "Bridal Emergency Kit" for the day.
• Pin on boutonnières and distribute wedding party bouquets.
• Greet guests and offer any necessary directions.
• Coordinate with officiant and musicians and send bridal party down the
isle.
• Coordinate the transportation of the gifts and any miscellaneous items
from the ceremony to reception site.
• Bustle wedding gown.
• Cue you (the Bride and Groom) as well as entire bridal party for
introductions, first dance, cake cutting, toasts, send off etc.
• Coordinate with the DJ or band on music timing and act as MC, if
needed.
• Prepare "hotel picnic" with food from reception for the newlyweds'
wedding night.
• Ensure all vendors have received any payments due at the end of the
reception.
• Ensure gifts as well as any other personal items (cake knife/server,
champagne flutes, guestbook etc.) arrive safely back to your home.
The Jasmine Package- $2,000.00
Some Planning, Vendor Recommendation, Rehearsal, and Day of
Wedding Coordination
• Provide you with a customized list of preferred vendors who have your
date available and fit your style.
• 1 consultation to discover your taste and style to ensure your wedding
reflects individuality. We will then research the latest trends and provide
you with design advice.
• A second consultation to review and discuss event design ideas as well
as confirm details.
• Provide etiquette advice.
• Serve as point of contact for all vendors during the entire planning
process.
• Track due dates for deposits and final payments to vendors; Remind
you when payments are due.
• Assist with finding hotel accommodations for out-of-town guests.
• Plus everything offered in The Magnolia Package:
The Mimosa Package- $3,200.00
The Complete Wedding Package
• Monthly consultations with the bride and groom.
• Budget development, planning, and management.
• Schedule and attend all vendor appointments.
• Assist with wording and selection of invitations; Stuff and mail
invitations.
• Discuss and assist with guest list formation; Manage RSVPs.
• Assist with selection and creation of maps, save-the-dates, and
programs.
• Assist with the assembly of welcome bags and/or favors.
• Plus everything offered in both The Jasmine Package and The Magnolia
Package.
Other Event Planning (i.e., birthday parties, corporate events, bar
and bat mitzvahs, baby showers, bridal showers and so on) - $75 an
hour
