Vendor recommendation, rehearsal and wedding day coordinator
Before the wedding:
• A free no obligation consultation for you, as the couple, to get to know us, the
coordinator. This consultation also gives us a chance to see where you are in the
planning process as well as see what it is you are looking for in a wedding planner. This
would also be the time to go over our packages and contract.
• Unlimited e-mail and phone contact.
• Customized preferred vendor list (2 suggestions per wedding vendor category).
• Full wedding planning timeline of to-do’s to assist you.
• Review wedding contracts and confirm any details with individual vendors.
• 3 face to face consultations (one after the signing of the contract, one month prior to
the event, and one week prior to the event)
• Create a timeline for the ceremony and reception and distribute to all vendors, bridal
party, etc.
• Attend and direct the rehearsal (one hour time allowance).
Ceremony and Reception:
• Greet all vendors upon arrival of the ceremony and reception site
• Assist with decoration of ceremony and reception as needed (subject to time
constraints).
• Provide a "Bridal Emergency Kit" for the day.
• Pick up any food and beverages desired for wedding party prior to ceremony.
• Pin on boutonnieres and distribute wedding party bouquets.
• Greet guests and offer any necessary directions.
• Coordinate with officiant and musicians and send bridal party down the isle.
• Coordinate the transportation of the gifts and any miscellaneous items from the
ceremony to reception site.
• Bustle wedding gown
• Cue you (the Bride and Groom) as well as entire bridal party for introductions, first
dance, cake cutting, toasts, send off etc.
• Coordinate with the DJ or band on music timing and act as MC, if needed.
• Prepare "hotel picnic" with food from reception for the newlyweds' wedding night.
• Ensure all vendors have received any payments due at the end of the reception.
• Ensure gifts as well as any other personal items (cake knife/server, champagne flutes,
guestbook etc.) arrive at their designated "after wedding" location.

The Jasmine Package- $1,800.00

• Provide you with a customized list of preferred vendors who have your date available
and fit your style.
• 1 consultation to discover your taste and style to ensure your wedding reflects
individuality. We will then research the latest trends and provide you with design advice.
• A second consultation to review and discuss event design ideas as well as confirm
details.
• Provide etiquette advice.
• Serve as point of contact for all vendors during the entire planning process.
• Track due dates for deposits and final payments to vendors; Remind you when
payments are due.
• Assist with finding hotel accommodations for out-of-town guests.
• Plus everything offered in The Magnolia Package:  

The Mimosa Package- $2,600.00
The complete wedding package
• Monthly consultations with the bride and groom.
• Budget development, planning, and management.  
• Schedule and attend all vendor appointments.  
• Assist with wording and selection of invitations; Stuff and mail invitations.
• Discuss and assist with guest list formation; Manage RSVPs.
• Assist with selection and creation of maps, save-the-dates, and programs.
• Assist with the assembly of welcome bags and/or favors.
• Plus everything offered in both The Jasmine Package and The Magnolia Package.
